FAQ and Terms

MUSIC AND NOISE
Please note that we DO NOT allow any music or noise at the lodge. If you fail to comply with this you will be asked to leave the premises. 

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
We can only secure bookings once we receive a payment. Only EFT, no cash or card payments at the lodge. NO CHEQUES. You can however book and pay online here

CATERING
We are a self catering lodge.

VOUCHERS
We can issue a voucher should you need it for gifting.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds. Bookings can be moved or transferred to a friend/family member, or converted to a voucher.
 
LA CULTURE

Lady Africa Bush Lodge is a tranquil environment that offers our quests a break away from the city. Loud music or noise disturbances is an inconvenience to fellow guests and can not be allowed. If however you would like to come and have a joyful, party filled weekend, ensure to book the whole camp. Lady Africa Bush lodge is a gay friendly non racist lodge, please come with a friendly attitude and a respect for the bush and other people. Right of admission reserved.

NO RESTAURANT
Please note that there is no restaurant on the farm, all food has to be self-catered for.

CHILDREN
We allow children in the BUSH CAMP and SAFARI CAMP at additional fees.

ANIMALS/PETS
Lady Africa is Pet Friendly.

SELF DRIVES / GAME DRIVES
We do not allow self drives or offer any game drives due to the fact that we’re a game breeding facility. You are welcome to walk or use a mountain bike.

MOTORBIKES
We do not allow motorbikes on the farm. You are allowed to come with your motorbike, but you cannot take drives on the farm with it.

ROAD
The road to the Lodge is very good and can be driven with any type of car. There is a short gravel road of about 2km up to the lodge, but it is well maintained.

CHECK IN TIMES
BOOK IN: Between 14:00 and 20:00
BOOK OUT: Anytime before 12:00 [Sundays anytime before 18:00] [Subject to individual change by management dependent on booking schedules]
 

TERMS

  • We reserve the right to to ask you to leave our premises should you not play by the rules of the lodge.
  • Bonfires can be fined with a R10 000 fine
  • Littering and the feeding of animals is not allowed and will be fined with a R5000 fine
  • Children only allowed in the Bush Camp
  • No refunds under no circumstances.
